I had really great stay, the place is quaint and stylish!

It had very central location close to Bac.

Accommodating and efficient staff, it was really really nice stay.

Thank you for a nice stay. The hotel is beautiful, staff and rooms are very good. The location is marvellous, 1 mile from Manhattan Skyline. Hip new venue set in the great area. A big room provided with nice comfortable bed and the heater on, for instance.

Had marvellous and unbeatable location in the center, minutes away from an opulent theater.

Brilliant view at city and neat room. A private safe, central heating and an electronic key card - very useful. Quick check-in and easy check-out, parking onsite. Not to mention good wifi! 15 mins walk to metro station.

Long day exploring the city. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Times Square, but the shower pressure could be stronger. Our stay was enjoyable, thanks to the friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel.

In my wife's opinion, the room could've been larger for our family needs. A play area for kids would definitely improve the experience.

Family with children perfectly situated

The location was great, just a short walk to all the shows we wanted to see. I loved how they had fresh coffee and tea every morning in the lobby, really came in handy when rushing out to grab breakfast!

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but for what we got, it kinda made sense.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Standard King Room and really loved the spacious shower and comfy beds. The hotel has some nice relaxation spots, including a cozy lounge area and a tranquil little garden. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster, but it didn't ruin my stay 😊

Would recommend for a brief hiatus

Comfortable room, excellent location, with the beds being surprisingly very comfortable and the bedside charging stations perfect for our needs during our family stay.

Was all great.

Had a blast with my friends! We enjoyed coffee every morning and a fun ride on Le Carrousel at Bryant Park. The location was perfect for exploring great spots, and we felt safe walking around at night.

One downside was that the room got really hot, and we had to ask for clean towels .

The lobby had free purified water that my kids loved, so that was a nice perk. For better comfort, I'd suggest packing your own cleaning supplies.

The quirky decor throughout the hotel was charming and cute, and I appreciated the spacious bathroom. The accessibility features were well-considered.

More seating in common areas would be beneficial.

I stayed at red collection for 3 nights and the location was perfect, right near port authority. The staff was super friendly and. The wi-fi was fast and reliable, great for my zoom calls. Plus, they offer complimentary passes to planet fitness, a nice bonus!
